87. Lion and the mouse { a poem }

Once, the lion the’ King’ of the jungle
Resting calmly on his flexible lumbar.
was fast asleep in a deep slumber.

"This is the chance  to have a great  joy
Grab this  opportunity and  enjoy."
With the thought, came a  mouse
Started jumping up and down.
Disturbed lion, at once flew in  rage
looked at the mouse with a furious gaze..

How dare you little fool!
This is my kingdom
Here, I  rule.
Never you saw my huge paw?
Can swallow, you know, my big jaw.
.
The terrified  mouse  begged his pardon
Said, shall not repeat again this blunder
Taken as a timid and helpless creature
He was released by the king of the jungle.

‘Time and Tide’wait for none
Dark days ascend on everyone.
The king of the jungle was caught in a net
Roared loudly for the help to get.
.Seeing his plight, the mouse ran up
Gnawing away the net, freed him up.

 Don’t forget-

’Small acts of kindness are always rewarded great’
Love all human beings, never hate.
‘Do good, have good,' never be conceited
The smallest friend even helps when is needed.
