             Lean not, lean not,  not on the bench
            Stand upright, sit up straight, and never ever bend. 
                                [2]
          Clatter not, clatter not, not on the plate
          Leave not, Leave not, scrape the plate
                               [3]
        Litter not,  litter not, litter not around
          Make not, make not, the breeding ground.
