72 'May the living souls rest in peace !" - a poem

 

                           

                         [ 1  ]      

1.       "When someone dies," we say-

2.       May the departed soul rest in peace! 

3.       May enjoy in heaven, a lovely treat! 

4.     " May he/she, in paradise, get a seat "

                        [ 2]

             Can't we say this prayer-

              "When a person is alive? "

                  "सर्वे भवन्तु सुखिन:" 

                 Can't  we  recite?

7.       We remain aggressive and hate others

1.       Often we remain  malicious to others

          We try to smear and malign others

          Can't we sense the feelings of others?

1.                  [ 4]

F      Friends  and foes frequently fight 

B     Neighbours and  brothers at times despise 

       Countries for missions kill others 

       Drain the blood in the form of a flood.

       "Live and Let live" why can't be wallowed? 

      "Living Souls" may rest in peace" 

        Why can't be swallowed?

                        [5 ]  

         Let us say what Rig Veda  recites - 

     " Let there be peace on the land."

       " Let there be peace in the sky." 

       " Let there be peace on Earth." 

       " Let there be peace in the water." 

       " Let there be peace in medicine." 

      " Let there be peace in plants." 

      " Let there be peace in the entire universe and beyond." 

       "Let there be peace in the ultimate reality."

        "Let there be peace here and there"

 "   "Let there be peace everywhere."
