67. I am an Apple -a poem


 Red   and  green          

                                     Apple  I  am.

                                    The first choice of doctor

                                     Forever  I  am. 

                            I control  people's   blood  pressure

                            I  lower  the  risk  of  dangerous  cancer

                            I  maintain beings'  digestive system

                            And support their immune system.

                                               [  2  ]

                                        A, C, K ,  vitamins

                                        In abundance  I  have.

                                       Lutein   and   zeaxanthin

                                       Riches  I  have

                                        Fibre, and potassium-?

                                        Ample I  have 

                                       Carbs and sodium 

                                       Sufficient I  have.

                                                [  3  ]

                                     Fruit, I  am  fruitful

                                      Eating of  me is useful

                                     "An  apple   keeps a doctor away"

                                  The adage is thoughtful in a thoughtful way.
