favor multi-grains.

   means-always eat light.

Mindful Eating sit and focus on eating,
Chew  always  a  bit  bite  
Never ignore your eating time.
Eat  with your  mouth, 
choose with your brain. 

Healthy Eating -To have Healthy Eating,
Complete always your full diet. 
Eat smart,  have smarter:  Choose smart,  consume smarter.
