61. A Healthy Start-a poem
A HEALTHY START
Our lives depend on our bodies and brains,
Their main function is to sustain.
After a long fast, we wake up each day,,
And sleep for eight hours at night, come what may.
Breakfast replenishes our glucose levels,
But the brain itself has no reservoir.
The body stores glucose for the use of the brain,
So we can't refuse the source main.
Skipping breakfast is not ideal,
Metabolism needs a morning meal.
Skipping leads to slower brain function,
And sluggishness and nausea follow a bad junction.
Treat your morning meal as fuel for the day,
It should be nutritious in every way.
It doesn't matter which meal you focus on,
Storing food for emergencies must be done.

Sluggishness and nausea makes human body low.
Treat your morning meal
As fuel for the day
Your bowl should be nutritious
Look this way.
It is not important
Which meal you are dwelling on
Storing for emergency
Must be on.
