59. Initial Learning of Mobile Manners -a poem
MOBILE PHONE MANNER
Ishika dear, the phone is bringing
Pick it up
Say GOOD MORNING
Very first.
Ask politely
Who is calling
where is calling from?
Use the word ‘please’
To give courtesy form. This is Ishika speaking.
Tell the caller
Humbly I shall help
May be smaller.
If you can’t catch
What he or she said
At once say SORRY
I couldn’t catch.
Speak up a bit, please
Sorry I am troubling you
It’s a request from my side
So that I can hear you.
If it is urgent and a
Special call for me
Say 'hang on’ please
If not,
Take a message
Give it to me.
When you finish
Remember to say
Thank you for calling
Have 'A GOOD DAY!'
