58. Contour of National Flag-a poem

 

                                                                                                                                                                                                                           Horizontal   rectangular    
                                    Saffron, White, Green
                                    The 2/3 ratio is its sheen.
                                    Pingali Venkayya designed it
                                    Abid Ali, into Hindi and Urdu
                                    translated it.
                      
                            Chivalry and faith are spoken with green piece
                                White is a symbol of truth and peace.
                             Saffron symbolizes courage and sacrifice
                            For the gallantry of soldiers to be maximized.


                            Be self-reliant, 'Fabricate your own clothing’
                           The message is giving Ashoka chakra’s wheel
                                          Spokes 24  spaced evenly
                          Are symbolizing our traditional spinning wheel.

                              Tricolour ,Tiranga  or  National Flag
                             Three names are the same, for our flag.
                                    May it continue to unfurl high
                                 Till 'The Moon' shines in the sky
